Hafa Adai! My name is Joshrick Sablan. I am originally from Guam and was raised in Kailua and Ewa Beach, Hawaii. With a foundation in health administration and policy within safety-net healthcare systems, I am deeply committed to advancing health equity for underresourced communities, particularly in the Pacific region. As an aspiring physician, I am dedicated to integrating clinical practice with research to address health disparities and improve patient outcomes. My research interests encompass social determinants of health, medical education, inclusive clinical trial design, and patient-reported outcome measures. Through these efforts, I aim to contribute meaningfully to reducing barriers to care and enhancing health justice.
